Savory Saturday is a collection of posts where I share all of my favorite healthy recipes, meal plans, grocery lists and everything else you need to have a delicious Saturday! I’ve always had a complicated relationship with food, as an athlete I had to be cautious about what I put in my body so that I maintained my weight for the sports I was doing. When I was diagnosed with an Endocrine disorder it further showed me just how important the food you put in your body is! I’ve spent years doing a million different diets including Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, Carnivore, etc..
I’ve combined all of my favorite recipes from all these different diets in this big collection of posts! Eating healthy food is essential for maintaining overall well-being and eating lean proteins ensures you get a range of nutrients.
